With regular practice, you’ll build strength, flexibility, and body awareness—often easing everyday aches and pains.
We recommend at least 5 Fundamentals classes before moving to the next level.

This class builds on the fundamentals you know, using intermediate spring settings and added repetitions for a simple yet effective workout. It’s ideal for those at an intermediate level who prefer a straightforward Reformer class without the complexity of choreography.
If you’re new to the Reformer, we recommend starting with 1–3 Fundamentals classes before moving up.

Take your practice to the next level with this Intermediate Reformer class. Building on Fundamentals, you’ll explore new exercises and props to expand your repertoire and deepen your strength. Expect more challenging sequences and less rest, with spring options available to suit your ability.

Completion of five Intermediate classes is recommended before joining.

Our Advanced Pilates class is designed to challenge and elevate your practice. Expect strong, dynamic sequences, complex layering, longer holds and increased resistance to build strength, control and endurance. This high-intensity, full-body workout will test your stability, coordination and precision while pushing you beyond your comfort zone.
Suitable for clients who have completed at least 5 intermediate level Pilates classes. Not suitable during pregnancy.

A dynamic full-body class blending Reformer Pilates with Mat Pilates. This hybrid format delivers strength, stability and mobility for a well-rounded workout that leaves you feeling strong, balanced and energised.

A supportive space for new mums to move, strengthen, and reconnect with their bodies — all while keeping bub close by. These classes focus on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, and easing tension, with plenty of room for cuddles, feeds, and flexibility.

Slow it down with our 50-minute Reformer Stretch class. This class focuses on deep stretching, mobility and mindful movement to ease tight muscles and improve flexibility—perfect for recovery or a gentle reset.
