


Studio Reformer Classes
FUNDAMENTAL – Let’s Start Here
Learn the foundational Pilates techniques, how to use the Reformer, and perform essential exercises. This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners.
Working against the resistance of the springs allows you to start with support and progressively challenge yourself, with spring options available to accommodate all fitness levels. Regular Pilates practice can increase strength, flexibility, and body awareness, often helping to alleviate common aches and pains.
We recommend completing at least five Fundamentals classes before progressing to the next level.
Please note: this class is not suitable for pregnancy.
INTERMEDIATE
This Intermediate-level Reformer class builds on the movements learned in Fundamentals, introducing new exercises to expand your repertoire. We also incorporate various props to further enhance your workout and provide additional challenges. As you progress, expect more challenging work with reduced rest periods, while still benefiting from adjustable spring options to match your level.
In Pilates, technique and control are always the focus—quality over quantity remains key.
Please note: this class is not suitable for beginners, those with injuries, or individuals who are pregnant.
INTERMEDIATE/FUNDAMENTAL
This class features the fundamental moves you’re familiar with, but with intermediate-level springs and increased repetitions. It’s perfect for those who are already at an intermediate level and prefer a straightforward, effective Reformer workout without complex choreography.
If you’re brand new to the Reformer, we recommend starting with 1-3 Fundamentals classes to build a solid foundation before progressing.

INTERMEDIATE JUMPBOARD
Take your Pilates to the next level with the Jumpboard! This class transforms your Reformer into a cardio rebounder, combining low-impact, high-intensity jumping sets with conditioning exercises for the ultimate full-body workout.
This is an Intermediate-level class and is not suitable for beginners, those with injuries, or individuals who are pregnant.
Five Intermediate classes must have been completed before commencing.
