Studio Reformer Classes

Fundamental

Learn the essentials of Pilates technique and how to use the Reformer with confidence. This class introduces foundational exercises and offers spring options to support and challenge you at any level. With regular practice, you’ll build strength, flexibility, and body awareness—often easing everyday aches and pains.

We recommend at least 5 Fundamentals classes before moving to the next level.
Not suitable for pregnancy.

Intermediate/Fundamentals

This class builds on the fundamentals you know, using intermediate spring settings and added repetitions for a simple yet effective workout. It’s ideal for those at an intermediate level who prefer a straightforward Reformer class without the complexity of choreography.

If you’re new to the Reformer, we recommend starting with 1–3 Fundamentals classes before moving up.
Not suitable for injuries or pregnancy.

Intermediate

Take your practice to the next level with this Intermediate Reformer class. Building on Fundamentals, you’ll explore new exercises and props to expand your repertoire and deepen your strength. Expect more challenging sequences and less rest, with spring options available to suit your ability.

As always, technique and control come first—Pilates is about quality, not quantity.

Intermediate Jumpboard

Intermediate Jumpboard

Elevate your Pilates with the Jumpboard! Turn your Reformer into a low-impact cardio rebounder with high-energy jumping sequences paired with strength and conditioning exercises for a full-body workout.

This class is Intermediate-level. Not suitable for beginners, injuries, or pregnancy.
Completion of five Intermediate classes is recommended before joining.

Mums & Bubs

Intermediate Jumpboard

Mums & Bubs

A supportive space for new mums to move, strengthen, and reconnect with their bodies — all while keeping bub close by. These classes focus on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, and easing tension, with plenty of room for cuddles, feeds, and flexibility.
