Do I need to bring anything?

Socks, towel and water bottle, we provide all other equipment. Socks available for purchase at studio.

Minimum Age to Attend Group Class

Minimum is High School age. High School age kids must attend a class with parents. Create an account for each person then contact us so we can link accounts and you can share a class pass.

Can I bring my kids?

No, sorry we don’t have enough space with all the equipment in the studio.

Can I attend group classes while pregnant?

While Pilates is a great exercise option while pregnant the regular Reformer Group Classes are not suitable during Pregnancy after 12 weeks.
